Project enquiries
6 answersDo you offer free samples, and who pays for shipping?
Yes. SNEJ offers free samples. Shipping costs are covered by the buyer. Tell us the product or finish you want to review and the delivery destination so we can discuss the sample selection and shipping arrangements.
Request free samplesWhat should I send for a custom cabinetry quotation?
Send available plans and elevations, dimensions, quantities, finish references, appliance information where relevant, the destination and target timing. Mark undecided items so they can be reviewed rather than assumed.
Kitchen quotation checklistCan I enquire before my drawings are complete?
Yes. Share the drawings and reference images you already have, and identify the missing dimensions or decisions. An initial review can clarify the brief; production requires the agreed drawings and specification.
Prepare a project briefCan kitchen cabinets, wardrobes and doors be coordinated?
SNEJ can review these products within one project brief. Identify the rooms, quantities, shared finishes and product-specific details so the drawings and quotation can distinguish what is included.
Coordinated interiorsHow should I plan hanging space and drawers inside a wardrobe?
List the clothes and other items for each room, then divide the available space between long and short hanging, folded storage, drawers and optional accessories. The proportions and fittings are confirmed against room dimensions and door clearances; every wardrobe does not need every zone.
Plan a wardrobe interiorAre flooring, sofas and beds part of SNEJ’s current product range?
No. Flooring, sofas and beds are no longer part of SNEJ’s current product range. We manufacture interior doors, kitchen cabinetry, wardrobes and fitted storage, with bathroom vanities, living and dining cabinetry, wood wall panels and coordinated whole-house packages. Use the current product catalogue when preparing an enquiry.

5 answersCan SNEJ manufacture kitchen cabinets from our drawings?
Yes. Send dimensioned plans or elevations, quantities, destination and finish direction so the project scope can be reviewed.
Explore kitchen cabinetryDo cabinet boxes and fronts use the same material?
They do not have to. Specify the material, thickness, surface finish and edge treatment for the sides, backs, shelves and fronts separately. Laminate, MDF and PET finish references help shortlist the front; the final component construction is recorded in your quotation.
Explore kitchen cabinetryHow are kitchen cabinet price and delivery timing confirmed?
Share quantities, dimensions, materials, finishes, hardware, worktops and the delivery destination. Price and timing are confirmed for that scope in the project quotation. Include your required delivery date and any testing or inspection requirements in the brief.
Explore kitchen cabinetryCan the kitchen coordinate with wardrobes and interior doors?
Yes. The four SNEJ product systems can be considered together, with visible finishes and details reviewed as one interior specification.
Explore kitchen cabinetryWhat should be confirmed before a quotation?
The team needs enough information to understand dimensions, quantities, material and finish direction, hardware expectations, destination and programme.

5 answersDo you make wardrobes to room dimensions?
Yes. Wardrobe and storage enquiries are reviewed against the supplied room dimensions and required internal configuration.
Explore wardrobes and storageCan one project include different wardrobe layouts?
Yes. Provide a room or unit schedule so each configuration and quantity can be identified during specification.
Explore wardrobes and storageWhat material details should be included in a wardrobe quotation?
Record the material and thickness for cabinet sides, backs, shelves and doors, with the surface finish and exposed-edge treatment. Door colour charts identify a finish reference, not the complete cabinet construction. Confirm these details together with the hardware and room dimensions.
Explore wardrobes and storageHow are wardrobe price and delivery timing confirmed?
Price and timing depend on the quantities, dimensions, internal layout, materials, finishes, accessories and delivery requirements. Send your room schedule, destination and target date so they can be confirmed in the project quotation.
Explore wardrobes and storageCan wardrobes match the kitchen and doors?
The visible finish direction can be coordinated across SNEJ cabinetry, wardrobes and interior doors, subject to the approved project specification.

9 answersWhat interior door systems does SNEJ manufacture?
We make composite wood doors, invisible doors, aluminum-edge wood doors and aluminum-framed glass doors. Each order is reviewed against the project drawings and door schedule.
Explore interior door systemsHow are interior door price and delivery timing confirmed?
The quotation depends on the number and size of doors, leaf and frame construction, finish, hardware, glazing where applicable and the delivery destination. Include your target delivery date and any required test documents; the agreed door schedule defines the quoted scope.
Explore interior door systemsCan I specify an internal wood door with glass?
MB-1688 is a previous SNEJ glazed swing-door reference. Send the model code with your opening dimensions, finish and privacy requirements so the current specification can be checked. A glazed wood door and an aluminum-framed glass door are different constructions.
Explore interior door systemsDoes a thicker door guarantee acoustic or fire performance?
Do not specify a performance rating from leaf thickness alone. Include the required rating in the door schedule and request evidence for the proposed complete door set, including its frame, glazing, seals and hardware.
Explore interior door systemsCan interior door finishes coordinate with cabinetry and wardrobes?
Yes. Send the finish references for the doors, cabinetry and wardrobes together. We will check the available matches before the project samples are approved.
Explore interior door systemsWhat information is needed for an interior door quotation?
Send a door schedule or drawings with opening sizes, quantities, opening direction, finish references, hardware requirements, destination and required delivery date. If the schedule is not ready, send the information you already have.
Explore interior door systemsDoes SNEJ offer invisible or flush-to-wall doors?
Yes. For a flush-to-wall door, we review the wall build-up, frame detail, opening direction and the finish around the opening together.
Explore interior door systemsAre aluminum-framed glass interior doors available?
Yes. We can review swing doors and multi-panel sliding layouts. The opening size, frame finish, glass and track arrangement are confirmed for the project.
Explore interior door systemsAre catalogue dimensions the final production specification?
No. Catalogue dimensions are reference information. Current construction, materials, hardware and required documentation are confirmed for each quotation.

5 answersCan I specify a finish from a catalogue photograph?
Use the photograph to explain the intended appearance. Confirm the surface material, colour or grain, sheen and edge detail against a current sample before approving a finish. A similar colour name does not establish that different products use the same material.
Choose cabinet door finishesMust cabinet doors and cabinet boxes use the same board?
No. A door front and cabinet box can use different substrates and surface systems. Specify the material, thickness, finish and edge treatment for each component separately, then confirm the proposed combination and any required documents for the project.
Specify cabinet componentsWhat dimensions should I provide for a door frame and trim?
Provide the opening width and height, wall thickness, finished floor level and door handing. Identify the proposed frame and architrave profile, skirting junction and any sliding-track arrangement. The selected door system and dimensioned detail determine the final trim.
Review door construction and trimDoes magnetic closing establish a door’s acoustic rating?
No. Closing action and tested sound insulation are different properties. If a project has an acoustic requirement, request documentation applicable to the proposed door assembly and its installation conditions.
Aluminium-edge door developmentAre catalogue handles and locks suitable for every door?
Do not assume that a hardware option suits every system. Confirm the selected lock, handle and hinge with the door construction, opening direction, frame and project requirements.
Check system-specific hardwareMeasurements, openings and fittings
5 answersAre a finished door opening and a door order size the same?
No. Record the finished opening and the outside dimensions of the proposed frame assembly separately. SNEJ’s February 2023 metal swing-door booklet uses three-point measurements and requires the ordered product to fit the opening. Confirm fitting allowances and handing with the selected system’s drawing.
Review opening measurementsDoes a 45-degree handleless edge use the same detail as a recessed pull?
No. The SNEJ company manual illustrates an inset pull flush with the front and a 45-degree bevel that provides finger access beside the adjacent panel. Confirm the front profile, substrate, surface and opening clearance together; compatibility and availability are reviewed for the selected range.
Compare cabinet opening detailsHow do full-extension and partial-extension drawers differ?
Full-extension runners allow more complete access to the drawer; partial-extension runners leave part inside the cabinet. SNEJ’s undated cabinet-systems training explains this distinction. The actual runner model, travel, drawer size, load requirement and fixing must be agreed for the order.
Compare drawer and cabinet movementWhich cabinet-lighting controls appear in SNEJ’s manual?
The undated company manual illustrates hand-sweep, presence-sensor, door-contact and remote switching. They are reference options, not standard inclusions. Confirm the selected fittings, control location, cable routes, power supply and destination requirements with the project team.
Plan storage and lightingCan a wall-mounted storage image establish its load capacity?
No. SNEJ’s manual illustrates wall-mounted shelves, drawers and storage accessories, but the image does not define the wall construction, fixing or load capacity. Review the supporting wall, selected components and fixing design for the actual installation.
Review wall-mounted storageDestination standards and testing
2 answersCan SNEJ customise products to the standards of my country?
Yes. We can customise cabinetry, wardrobes and interior doors to applicable destination-country standards and project requirements. Share the country, intended use, product configuration and required standards or reports. Materials, construction, costs and lead time are discussed individually and confirmed in the agreed technical specification. Compliance evidence must apply to the supplied configuration.
Discuss destination requirementsCan you arrange testing and inspection for an export order?
We can coordinate relevant product testing and pre-shipment inspection for the destination and order. Before production, agree standards, samples, inspection stages, required documents, providers, responsibilities, costs and timing. Product tests, shipment inspections and import documentation serve different purposes. Existing sample reports do not establish approval for every product or country; the agreed scope and applicable results determine the evidence available for your order.
Send your testing requirementsDesign and communication
2 answersCan I communicate with SNEJ in English or Russian?
SNEJ’s export team supports English- and Russian-language communication. Your representative coordinates enquiries, specifications, progress updates and after-sales questions with the relevant internal teams.
International project supportWhat information helps the design team review a project?
Share room plans, elevations, site dimensions, finish references and the details you want to resolve. For coordinated interiors, indicate how cabinetry, storage and doors should relate. Keep revisions identifiable so the team can work from the same version.
Drawings and project informationInstallation and documents
2 answersWhat should be agreed before production and installation?
Confirm the drawings, product schedule, finishes, hardware and responsibilities before releasing production. Also agree packing records, delivery arrangements and site readiness, including who will install the products and what information they need.
From drawings to installationDoes a design patent certify product performance?
A design patent concerns the protected design. It does not replace fire, acoustic or emissions test documentation. Review each requirement against evidence for the product and application being specified.
