About this notice
This notice describes the SNEJ website and its project enquiry features. For privacy questions, contact info@snejwood.com.
Information you choose to share
When you submit an enquiry, your name, email, company, destination, product selection and project brief are sent to Formspree, our form-processing provider, for delivery to SNEJ and temporary storage in its form dashboard. Formspree may also receive technical request information needed to process and protect the submission. You can instead contact us directly by email or WhatsApp.
Enquiries and your choices
Please share only the information needed to discuss your project. For questions about information you have sent, or to request a correction or deletion, email info@snejwood.com. Do not include passwords, payment card details or confidential documents in an initial enquiry.
Website connections
Your browser sends technical information, such as your IP address and requested page, to the server that delivers the website. Cloudflare Web Analytics collects aggregate page-view and performance measurements without analytics cookies. If you allow Meta Pixel, Meta may receive page-view, contact-link-click and successful enquiry-submission events and use browser storage for advertising measurement. Submission events include a random enquiry reference. We do not send enquiry form contents to Meta. Hosting services may maintain technical access logs.
Visit sources and analytics
We keep the landing page, most recent page before an enquiry, referring website and valid campaign labels in this browser tab. If you submit an enquiry, these source details and a random enquiry reference are included so we can understand where the enquiry came from. They do not identify visitors who have not contacted us. Google Analytics stays off until you allow analytics cookies. When allowed, it measures page views, product browsing, successful form submissions and WhatsApp clicks. We do not send your name, email, company or project brief to Google Analytics. You can change your choice in Cookie Settings.
External services
Our website includes links to third-party services including WhatsApp, Facebook and YouTube. Those services have their own privacy practices. This notice covers this website, not those destinations.
Updates
This notice reflects the current enquiry and browsing features. It will need updating when data collection, hosting or connected services change.
