Start with the room information, storage needs and preferred style. Move from references and a proposed layout to detailed drawings, finishes and hardware. Identify what needs a sample or trial assembly before approval, then coordinate the agreed information for production and delivery.
International communication
English- and Russian-language support helps keep the current drawing revision, requested changes and approval responsibilities clear throughout the discussion.
Internal coordination
Confirm the final dimensions, drawings, product list and quotation before releasing an order. Design, production, quality and packing teams work from the agreed project information.
Follow-up and improvement
Keep the room or item reference, photographs and a description of any issue together for after-sales review. Delivery, site measurement and installation responsibilities are agreed for the project.
