Profile and proportion
Choose the CD style with the cabinet layout in mind. Groove positions, frame widths and handle details need to work across every door and drawer size.
Colour and grain
Review the finish in the project lighting and coordinate grain direction between tall units, wall cabinets, base cabinets and adjoining storage.
Edges and touch points
Confirm edge colour, the proposed edge treatment, handle or pull detail, sheen and cleaning expectations. A PUR edge-banding example in training material does not make it the default for every profile.

Can different cabinet door styles be used in one project?
Yes. A project can use different profiles by room or unit type, but each combination should be recorded clearly in the cabinet schedule.
Are the catalogue colours exact on screen?
No. Screens and photography change colour. Use the catalogue to narrow the direction, then approve a current physical sample for the project.
Can kitchen finishes coordinate with wardrobes and doors?
Yes. Send the selected references together so SNEJ can review available matches and transitions across the interior package.

Can the hardware be selected after the cabinet layout?
The layout should come first, but storage hardware needs to be coordinated before cabinet dimensions are finalized because mechanisms require specific internal clearances.

Are the countertop colours exact in the online catalogue?
No. The images help narrow the direction. Final colour and pattern should be approved from a current material sample.
What information is needed for countertop pricing?
Provide the worktop dimensions, material reference, thickness, edge profile, openings, joint requirements, quantity and project destination.
Can the countertop be coordinated with the cabinet finish?
Yes. Review the worktop sample beside the cabinet-front and adjacent finish samples before the final material schedule is approved.

Semi Custom RTA Cabinets

Nowadays, there are many cases of finding cabinet manufacturers for overall customization. Whether it is overall customization or semi custom RTA cabinets, you must first understand some concepts clearly before purchasing.
Most semi custom RTA cabinets merchants are priced by linear meters. The linear meter in the cabinet industry refers to the floor cabinets, wall cabinets and some accessories contained in a one-meter-long space.
Carcase material refers to the floor cabinets and wall cabinets you see, excluding door panels. At present, semi custom RTA cabinets are mostly made of particle board and plywood as carcase materials. Carcase materials can mainly focus on environmental protection indicators. SNEJ uses E0/ENF grade particle board materials.
Hinge is the hardware that connects the door panel and the cabinet body. The quality of the hinge determines the service life of the cabinet door, and you can also choose a damping hinge with a damping function. Common hinge brands with good reputations include Blum, Hettich, Hafele, Glass, etc. SNEJ uses soft damping hinges from brands with good reputation.
Drawers are easy to understand, but the quality of drawer tracks also directly affects the use and life of drawers, and better damping drawers can be selected. Brands can refer to hinge brands.
Handles are hardware installed on cabinet door panels for opening doors. Some cabinet door panels will use invisible handles, which will also involve additional charges. Generally speaking, American style uses exposed handles, while modern style uses invisible handles.
The side panels of the cabinet are also called the visible side. For example, the cabinet side panels on both sides of the range hood will involve additional costs if they are made of the same material as the cabinet door panels.
Pull-out baskets, bowl baskets, and spice baskets may be three separate ones, or they may be partially combined. They are hardware for placing plates, seasonings, chopsticks, etc., which can be selected according to your own usage habits and the space under the cabinet. For example, disinfection cabinets and wall-mounted kitchen hardware have similar alternative functions.
Cabinet manufacturers have default size standards for the depth and height of the cabinets they produce, and each one will be slightly different. If the size of the cabinet you want to customize exceeds the default size, additional fees will be incurred, such as the difference between the high cabinet and the floor cabinet.
