Particle board is a board made by drying and mixing wood chips under high temperature and high pressure. The surface particles of particle board are finer, the middle particles are coarser, and it has a three-layer or gradient structure, and the density uniformity is average. Particle board is suitable for making cabinets, wardrobes, office desks and chairs and other furniture. It is cost-effective and suitable for mass production.
Plywood is made by cutting logs into veneers, applying glue, stacking them in an interlaced manner according to the direction of the wood grain, and hot-pressing and gluing them. The number of layers is mostly odd. The adjacent veneers of plywood have vertical wood grains, high overall strength and good stability. Plywood has high strength, good deformation resistance and waterproofness, and is suitable for wardrobe side panels, etc. In addition, plywood can also be used to make furniture that requires curved shapes, such as curved cabinets, etc.

Density board is made of wood fiber, and is formed by fiber separation, gluing, and hot pressing. The density is divided into low density, medium density, and high density according to the pressing pressure. Density board has fine fibers, uniform structure, and no obvious stratification. Density board can be used to make door panels, drawer panels, etc. The surface of density board is flat and easy to shape, such as carving, baking paint, etc.
OSB is processed into large-sized shavings by logs, dried, glued, oriented, and pressed at high temperature and high pressure. OSB structure is mostly three-layer or multi-layer oriented structure, with surface shavings arranged longitudinally and core layers arranged transversely, forming a mechanical structure similar to plywood. OSB is mostly used for custom wardrobes and cabinets, with high cost performance and good moisture resistance.
