Double finish

Substrate adaptation: Relying on the fine structure of MDF, it can make the paint surface smoother and highlight the gloss and texture of the paint. It is often used to create high-end, simple style cabinets, suitable for home decoration scenes with high requirements for appearance.

PVC
Material characteristics: The PVC film is coated on the surface of MDF through the blister process, which can make three-dimensional shapes, with various colors, good flexibility and can adapt to complex curved surfaces. The moisture resistance is better than some finishes, but it is easy to deform at high temperatures, and the environmental protection varies due to the difference in film quality.
Substrate adaptation: The uniform density of MDF allows the PVC film to fit more tightly and avoid surface bulging. It is suitable for creating European, pastoral and other style cabinets. It is widely used in the mid- and low-end customization market to meet personalized appearance and certain functional requirements.

PET
Performance advantages: PET film finish, attached to particle board. It has the characteristics of high gloss, super wear resistance, anti-fingerprint, good environmental protection, etc. The texture is close to paint but easier to care for. In recent years, it has become more popular in high-end customization.
Substrate adaptation: The strength and stability of particleboard can support the thin and light characteristics of PET film. The combination of the two can not only ensure the durability of the structure, but also show the exquisite appearance of PET. It is suitable for modern simple or minimalist style cabinets that pursue high quality and easy cleaning.
