2. Board material
Particle board: It is made of crushed sawdust and glue pressed under high temperature and high pressure. Its raw materials include eucalyptus, pine, poplar, maple, birch, etc. Poplar and pine are the most used, not easy to deform, and have poor moisture resistance. Therefore, particle board is not recommended in humid areas. However, particle board has the highest cost-effectiveness, and the environmental protection levels are ENF, E0, and E1.

European pine board: It is cut into thin slices after mechanical high-speed hanging cutting, and then rearranged and combined. It has good moisture resistance, is not easy to deform, and has the best comprehensive performance. The environmental protection levels are ENF, E0, and E1.

Density board: poor moisture resistance, but the door panel is similar to solid wood and can be shaped at will. It is generally used more in European, French and American styles. It is recommended to use it for cabinet doors in small areas. Environmental protection has E0 and E1.

Plywood: It is made of thin slices of logs and glue under high temperature and high pressure conditions. Plywood has good moisture resistance, but it is easy to change. It is only recommended to make cabinets, especially suitable for kitchen cabinets. Generally, there are only E0 and E1 environmental protection standards.

3. Surface treatment
Melamine finish: environmentally friendly, high temperature resistant, waterproof, wear-resistant and scratch-resistant. This is the most commonly used on the market.

PET film: It has bright and soft light effects. It has the most skin feel on the market. It feels delicate, warm and non-sticky, but it has average stain resistance.

Plastic board: It can be made into complex shapes. It is mostly used in European, French and American styles. It is wear-resistant, poor in high temperature resistance, and not resistant to ultraviolet rays.

The most cost-effective is particle board and double finish. If the budget is sufficient, it is recommended to choose European pine board and PET.
