Design scheme
After receiving sales orders from exhibition halls or business personnel, the designer will design a plan based on the size of the customer's home, and submit the designed drawings as the order plan to the factory after the customer agrees to the plan. The plan content includes the selected board color, renderings, three views, and other information.
Plan approval
Drawing schemes from professional designers usually have no problems in terms of ergonomics and applicability, but as the design dimensions of customized furniture are the most prone to errors, so there are usually technical personnel in factories who review drawing schemes.
BOM List
This includes a detailed list of raw materials, as well as a list of hardware accessories and outsourced spare parts. This work is decomposed by professionals or systems after the scheme is approved, and is also a necessary prerequisite for ensuring the overall implementation of the product scheme.
Other process documents
Installation diagram, packaging scheme, component processing process flow chart, and product user manual. The main content in the component processing flow sheet should include basic information such as name, specifications, quantity, materials used, batch, processing precautions, special inspection standards, working hours, processes, and serial numbers.
Professional production
After completing the previous steps, all the necessary documents for the process/sequence are ready and submitted to the corresponding production department for cutting, punching, edge sealing, and other processes. In fact, the processes vary depending on the product. simpler components may only require one or two processes to complete, such as the drawer bottom plate, which only needs to be cut, However, compared to more complex components, it may require more than ten or dozens of processes, such as some American style custom furniture. In addition to the above processes, there are also techniques such as slotting, milling, and so on.
