New Chinese Style Home Design Case Study

The fusion of modern functionality with traditional elegance defines the essence of New Chinese style design. Living/Dining Room

The living and dining area blends wood, marble, and a mountain-themed backdrop, with traditional circle chairs and a pine tree sculpture. Modern pendant lights add a contemporary touch, uniting traditional and modern elements for both socializing and relaxation.

Bedroom

The bedroom emphasizes elegance and tranquility with a bird-and-flower mural above the bed and a minimalist Chinese-style chandelier. Traditional bed and wooden cabinets, combined with soft lighting and natural materials, create a serene ambiance. Chinese calligraphy and artistic craftsmanship enhance the room's cultural richness, inviting restful sleep and reflection.

Gym

The gym integrates New Chinese style with wooden cabinetry and a slatted partition, balancing aesthetics and function. Gym equipment meets practical needs, while garden views and mountain paintings add a poetic, cultural touch.

Entryway/Staircase

The entryway and staircase area is designed to evoke a sense of ritual and grandeur as one enters the home. The wooden slatted screens and marble staircase work together to define this transitional space. The calligraphy artwork from the "Loushi Ming" is cleverly integrated as an artistic installation, combining Chinese literature and architectural craft. This design not only delineates the space but also immediately communicates the cultural depth and heritage of the home.
